As my 30 days of my new vegan diet begin tomorrow i figured it was time to step into the shoes of the vegan consumer. Off I went to 8th Day Veg on the outskirts of Manchester city centre to explore my new diet for the first time. Well, you know the piece of advice about never going shopping whilst hungry? Or the term, kid in a sweet shop? There were so many amazing looking items I had no idea what to start with. Well after wandering around for almost 2 hours I decided this needed more than one trip, so I toddled off to the till to pay and this is what i bought today .....................
