I received a mail from Hilton Hotel Manchester inviting me for dinner next weekend. I'm assured their Executive chef (David Gale) and his team are very excited about being able to blow me away with a truly 5 star VEGAN meal. Well if this is what my 30 day vegan diet is going to comprise of, BRING IT ON!
